With twenty years of experience in distance learning, I am among the first wave of educators to create and deliver course content in an online format as well as to develop early some of the best practices for online instruction and design.
As a teacher, I have built courses from scratch, fostered student engagement and incorporated new technologies. As an instructional designer, I developed training, evaluated course sites and maintained a model online course.
